GeoXfere's Business Management Solutions are a suite of applications that perform the backend functions of companies whose mobile workforce are constantly updating and requesting information from backend corporate database systems. GeoXBMS provides the platform that enables this information to be efficiently, securely and timely processed, ensuring that the information is accurate, up to date and sent to the relevant backend systems. Typically, companies who need to integrate the various accounting (invoicing), fleet management (tracking and monitoring of trucks), order, delivery, warehouse and sales management systems would have a requirement for GeoXBMS. Currently a lot of companies have fractured order and delivery processes, GeoXBMS overcomes this by providing a solution that delivers a quick and efficient response to order processing with accurate and relevant information flow throughout the organisation.

GeoXBMS is a family of software products that provide a broad range of solutions built on Industry standards. The applications address the day to day operational requirements of companies primarily in the Transport, Haulage, Distribution, Wholesale, Logistic and Waste Management industries, but can be deployed and used by almost most businesses that have a mobile workforce.

GeoXChat

This is GeoXfere's virtual chat application that is implemented internally across an organisation; GeoXChat™ is a desktop application that can be used by organisations that have employees spread across different geographical regions or departments.

GeoXChat™ is an easy to use application that allows all office-based employees exchange information and data seamlessly, securely and efficiently across networks and geographical or departmental boundaries.

The solution enables cost effective communication between office and sales staff, field engineers and drivers.

GeoXRoute

GeoXRoute™ is GeoXfere's route planning application that enables transport managers and despatch personnel efficiently and rapidly schedule deliveries and routes that leverages all the resources and assets available to the company. This enables Fleet Managers find the quickest and optimum route in getting a delivery to its destination. GeoXRoute™ is integrated GeoXFleet™ and has standardized API's that allow it to be interfaced with commercial off the shelf route planning systems and real-time traffic information.

GeoXTrucks

This is the vehicle management module of GeoXFleet™. This module allows for all vehicle and driver data to be added to, modified or deleted. All vehicle and driver information is stored in a database and this can be accessed and edited as appropriate. Information such as vehicle registration, capacity, size etc, is stored and this can be integrated with GeoXMaps™ and displayed on a map or alternatively can be used as part of GeoXFleet™ in creating and assigning schedules using the current information stored about vehicle(capacity etc) , driver(availability) and delivery routes.

GeoXMaps

This module is the digital mapping component of GeoXFleet™. GeoXMap™ receives as input the information passed to it by GeoXLocation™ and displays this on a digital map. GeoXMap™ provides support for all spatial data formats and all map manipulation functions such as zoom, pan centre, multi-directional control, scaling etc. Maps can also be displayed over the Internet.

GeoXLocation

This module is implemented in GeoXServer™ as the tracking and monitoring application. The location coordinates of the tracking device are sent to GeoXfere's server over the GPRS/GSM network. GeoXLocation™ processes this geographic information and outputs this in a data format that can be used by GeoXFleet™.
